Girl On Film + Mini-Rant.

So, T-bird's probably going to kill me for putting these up: this may be my last post. That said, on Sunday we had our engagement photo shoot out at the Brickworks. In order to help loosen up for the hour of posing, we did a little photoshoot of our own in the parking lot while waiting for Kim. Of the pictures we took, these are my faves:




On another note, a new bit of business-speak has been pissing me off lately. It seems to be very popular with the people on the board of directors I'm sitting on: whenever there's an issue or point that needs to be addressed between two or three people, and not the entire board, someone ultimately says `Let's address this offline'. What the fuck? Offline? When did `offline' become shorthand for `howza-bout we don't waste everyone's time, and deal with this privately after the meeting adjourns?'? Stupid inappropriate word choice - that's really the biggest pisser with business-speak, is how a weak metaphor is turned into concrete descriptors. Sigh.
