Walkerton Wedding

We ended up in Walkerton this weekend, to celebrate my cousin's wedding. A very good day had by all - the only hitch was the rain in the afternoon. It started to pour as soon as the ceremony started, and kept going pretty much until the reception. So, instead of shooting photos outdoors as planned, improvised indoor shots in the church were required. As the photographer, I was a little bit tense, but all in all, I think it went well. We'll see when the prints come back.
At the reception, my 17 year old twin cousins decided to have a drinking contest. While one of them technically `won', when it comes to drinking contests, no one is really a winner, especially the next day. Of course, everyone was frowning at them, but after midnight, the adults were even more hammered, making even bigger fools out of themselves. Not that there is anything wrong with enjoying a few, just don't point the finger, `cause we all have those drunken experiences in our past that involve someone excitedly throwing water on our shoelaces after a stumble through the bonfire.

Happy Wedding Day, Sara and Steve!

Got the photos back yesterday, and thank goodness, they worked out fine! They'll be pleased.
